Stellar Arete Return & Warranty Policy

1. Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Refunds exclude delivery charges.

2. Warranty Coverage (CPA s55–s56)

  • All parts sold by Stellar Arete are covered by a 6-month warranty of quality.

  • If a part is defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, the customer may choose:

    • Repair,

    • Replacement, or

    • Refund.

3. Exclusions

No warranty applies to:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification.

  • Normal wear-and-tear consumables (filters, brake pads, bulbs, etc.), unless defective at the time of supply.

  • Items returned without proof of purchase.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Stellar Arete within the return/warranty period.

  2. Provide your invoice number, part number, and issue description.

  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  4. Return the part (customer pays shipping unless the part is defective).

  5. Once inspected, Stellar Arete will process the repair, replacement, or refund within 14 - 21 business days.
