 Stellar Arete (Pty) Ltd is not affiliated with or authorized by Iveco S.p.A. or CNH   Industrial. Iveco names, part numbers, and logos are used only to identify compatibility.

-Parallel Imports
 Some OEM parts are parallel-imported. In such cases:

• We state clearly that the goods are genuine but not supplied through Iveco SA’s official channels.

• Manufacturer warranties may not apply locally; Stellar Arete’s CPA 6-month warranty applies instead. (CPA s25, s55–s56)

-Counterfeit Policy
 We only deal in genuine parts. Counterfeit goods are illegal under the Counterfeit   Goods Act and may be seized by SARS Customs.

-Safety & Compliance
 Where required (e.g., brake pads/linings), products comply with NRCS compulsory   specifications (VC standards). Fitment should be done by qualified technicians.

-Importer Status & Duties
 Stellar Arete is a registered importer with SARS. All goods are cleared with duties/VAT   under the Customs & Excise Act using proper valuation methods. Used/second-hand   parts may require ITAC permits and are only imported when lawful.

-Consumer Rights
 Under the Consumer Protection Act:

• Customers have a 6-month implied warranty (repair, replace, or refund at their election).

• Refunds/warranties may be limited if goods are misused or incorrectly fitted.

-Website / Sales Disclosures (ECTA s43)
 We disclose our company details, VAT status, pricing (incl. taxes and   delivery),   T&Cs, and returns policy on our website and invoices.
